If your chart does not feel like it is about you, write “refund” on WhatsApp within 30 days of purchase and we return the amount paid, no questions asked.
How the refund is made
The amount returns through the same payment method. The time it takes to show on your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your legal rights
The guarantee does not limit any right you already have by law, including the right of withdrawal for purchases made away from a physical store.
